      - Okay compensation and benefits - Hybrid/WFH options - Travel opportunities - Birthday/Work anniversary celebrations with lunch

      Cons

      - The above pros no longer exist - No growth opportunities - Compensation is now variable rate - Other staff members are not held accountable - Extremely individualistic environment - Upper management does not want to communicate with you - Regardless of what department falls apart, it's always the project manager's fault - Upper management don't want to run their business and don't trust anyone else to run their business. You can imagine how messy that looks
