      Pros

      If you're a student at UBC, you get meal discounts at the Nest, you can decide how many hours you've worked and there's a lot of events can attend for free. AND you can get your friends on guest list which is just a great experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to help others do their job and vice versa, even if you didn't expect it. Not really a con, but a heads up.
