      A beautiful Hawaiian culture that inspires.

      Cons

      Lack of processes/mission for sustainability in the face of Hawaiian conservation. Absent and ineffective leadership, lack of clarity and communication company wide. “Benevolent Dictatorship” was a phrase used to describe leadership.
