Being in non professional environment if you are asset to their major project then anything can be flexible for you... timing,leaves,salary hike,etc.....
Cons
Work life balance (6 days working) with 9 hours You need to tackle client and manage most responsibilities of project by yourself other than development also (although they try to help but can't expect proper senior guidance)
