Forget about it! Pathetic Salary: The pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work they expect. There are no proper increments or bonuses, no matter how hard you work. Zero Work Ethics: The work culture is toxic. Favoritism, office politics, and unprofessional behavior are rampant. Employees are treated like machines rather than human beings. Zero Employee Benefits: No proper leave policy, no appreciation for hard work, and no basic benefits like overtime pay or mental health support.
