      Pros

      There are some truly great people there. The IT leaders genuinely care, but they’re under immense pressure.

      Cons

      Remote work is allowed for some, but not everyone. The offices lack windows, have a rat infestation, and are in poor condition. The work environment is toxic, pay is low, HR is unhelpful, and the benefits are subpar.
