Fantastic Team and Collaboration: The best part of my experience here is the people. The team dynamics are fantastic, and there is a genuine spirit of teamwork and mutual support across the board. This makes my projects enjoyable. Outstanding Flexibility: I appreciate the company's commitment to a modern work environment. The fully remote work setup is seamless, and the overall flexibility given to manage my schedule has been a game-changer for my work-life balance. The equipment provided, works well for my role.
Cons
While the culture is excellent, I believe there could be more internal training as the company continues to grow.
