Pros

1- Easy taking leaves 2- Payment of salary on time 3- No strict timing as such 4- Remote job

Cons

1) This is 'Family Business' more than an professional company because almost half people are from either Relative, Family-friend OR Collage friends. So you will be alone there. 2) No Profession behavior of Leads & even from Seniors. using slum level Language by seniors in meeting. 3) NO HR Team. 4) No PF & other deduction because low budget of company. 5) They will hire you as a fresher on different company name (Confiable solution) which company even don't exist. 6) Full on Office Politics you will face. 7) Favoritism is on Top always between them. 8) Very less salary & Promotion is very low because company is at loss. 9) Seniors & Leads will make you harass in Chat/Meeting by taunting you unnecessary. 10) No appreciation even if any one worked hard. 11) No physical Office & No Address(UK's address is given on official website which don't exist) 12) No one there is supportive expect 2-3 good seniors from Dev/Ops/QA Teams. 13) Product of company is very very very Faulty.(Even client's are unhappy) 14) Almost Everyone here is sustained just because of their carrier building OR till their future plan yet to be completed. few people are here are happily staying. (No one will tell this Truth) 15) You will fill alone when you commit some mistake (No one will support you not even your Lead).

Pros

No pros: Terrible Experience: Avoid This Company at All Costs

Cons

As per my experience worst company 1. No laptop kit 2. No PF deductions 3. No brand reputation 4. Toxic culture and micro management 5. Total employee less than 30 6. No HR team 7. No Allowance 8. Very less salaries for freshers 2.2 lpa and experienced 3.5lpa 9. No learning opportunities. 10. Even they are not using paid tool like teams and outlook etc 11. Here, if people raised concerns about the team lead's behavior, they were laid off. The founder Vikram Shetty, behaves unprofessionally, often using rowdy and inappropriate language. This organization operates more like a family business, where the relieving letter holds no value. Based on my personal experience, this letter is not recognized by any MNC.making it useless. They expect innovation in 3.5 LPA and including tech leads and managers who don't know coding. Instead of Joining this company, it's better to join an MNC where you'll get a good package. Don't spoil your careers they hire you as developers and QA and then assigning you operational tasks. Avoid this company to protect your career.
