      -Ambitious, low ego work environment where you're encouraged to put your ideas forward and then able to execute on them making a real impact fast! -Collaborative team with a ton of cross functional projects happening, meaning lots of learning opportunities. -Positive office culture with something always in the diary to look forward to as a team. Genuinely a great place to work if you're looking to work on something meaningful and see the impact of your efforts in a growing start up!

      Cons

      -If you want to work somewhere with tons of structure or of a slower pace, this is not for you. 32Co has high standards.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth and learning. A very supportive company where management genuinely has your development in mind. I worked at 32Co for a year (left for personal reasons) and grew significantly during that time—I would highly recommend it to anyone considering joining.

      Holiday allowance could be slightly more generous, but overall still a great place to work.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to move into different roles within the company and try out different things that interest you. Senior management are invested in your own personal development and helping you get to where you want to be in your career. In under a year, I've already had a healthy pay rise and a have got a stacked CV. Will likely remain here for a good while.
