      Good people (especially those hired prior to 2022) Attention to detail, delivers good product Well-meaning management

      Cons

      1Strategy was a really great company from 2015-2021 and in particular from 2018-2021, but the TEK acquisition moved it from a people-oriented consulting firm to a staffing firm.
