1) The work environment can be quite toxic (and I was not the only one who felt this way). 2) Every morning there is a mandatory call just to confirm you are online, They say it was a huddle but it feels more like school than a professional environment. 3) Some leaders message you with unrealistic or random questions, such as “How can I make 500k in profit for this client?”, without proper context or strategy. (While you have a lot on your plate) 4) Client churn is very high: many clients join and leave within 1–2 months, often right after onboarding. 5) In several situations, there is little to no preparation: sometimes you are not even properly introduced to a client and are placed directly into calls where the client is already upset. 6)Team members disappear suddenly, and you may receive 10–15 new accounts at once, while still being expected to deliver excellence and high-quality results. Every week something like that happens. 7) The company culture is constantly centered around emergencies. Expressions like “there is a fire in this account” or “we need to focus our firepower here” are very common, which creates a permanent state of stress and urgency.
