As everyone has mentioned, I would *highly* recommend to not consider SAW Software Mill as an option for a secured salaried job once you are ready to commit to a company. They laid off a big portion of their workforce twice in the span of a year and a half. The first time they did it resulted in a massive brain drain and the newly hired workers had to learn many aspects of the product without formal training. The second time just happened recently.
Pay is laughable. As a full time Software Engineer, do not expect to get anywhere close to competitive pay. As an intern, the pay is still low but good enough to sustain a college life while obtaining valuable experience!
Management obviously knows a lot about construction management, however they lack the ability to effectively coordinate with technicalities of the product. This wouldnt be an issue if the dev team had a more direct form of communication with the customers.
