I have been working at Microexcel full-time (Less than a year)
Nothing to name coz did not fine any
Have many of them
No value to the employee.
2.no proper work culture
3.no proper hr polices
4.no casual attire need to in office in formals all the days
No correct compensation based out of marked
No proper interaction with employees
They will terminate group of people without prior intimation coz some thing had happened with client.
No salary backup
No compensation if you are getting terminated .
But company has money to enjoy and go for team outings and other extra curricular activities.
No proper hardware or the work environment which makes not to suggest this company to any one or to any new comers to join in this organization.
They say one thing and does another coz they are not clear on what they do.
They say that they have acquired company.but on paper there is nothing.
This is my view and rest of them will come in due time
I applied online. I interviewed at Microexcel (Dallas, TX (US)) in December-2015.
I had a phone interview. The project technical lead took a skill review and tested my resume. Once the tech lead gave a go, I was sent an offer letter in a weeks time.
