Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially in technology sales
• Provide knowledgeable advice on products, including technical specifications and usage tips
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
• Follow company policies on phone etiquette, customer service standards, and safety procedures

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
• Bilingual skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing merchandise and maintaining displays
• Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling, and customer service excellence is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
