I applied online. I interviewed at wearereasonablepeople (Rotterdam) in Jan 2019
Interview
The communication prior to the interview was very smooth. I was interviewed by the design lead and one other designer from the team. They created a nice, relaxed environment, talked a lot about the company and the projects they were working on. Overall it was a nice experience.

Interview
I applied online and interviewed by two designers.
After the technical interview they immideatly assigned me a challenging design task.
I submitted the task result and received another email after 1 week for cultural fit interview.
After completing the cultural fit interview they mail me again after 2 weeks where they was very positive about me and promised that they will get back to me with the job offer details within a week for sure.
I've waited for another 14 days to hear from them by sending following up email but they didn't reply and almost disappear.
Yesterday I sent another following up email and later I received a very strange reply from them where they was regretting & apologising with some very strange causes for making early promises to offer me the job and now they don't want to offer me the job which I found out very unprofessional & unreasonable. Truly they don't have any intention to hire experts!.
