VISO rescinded the offer I signed after a week due to supposed "red flags" they saw in me. It was very confusing and wholly unprofessional. I was one day away from handing in my notice (waiting for my manager to return from a trip but apparently that delay was one of the red flags). Another red flag was that I wanted to start on August 1st because I had an already planned vacation. If I didnt propose that date, I would have started for a few days and then flown out and started again. Even though the offer letter showed this date, they still seemed to have an issue with it. They jumped to conclusions and made assumptions that I wasn't "bought in".
Super disappointing because the solution is amazing but management and decision making like this will fail to get this solution to the heights it could reach.
8 Different rounds. 1st with a founder, 2nd with VP of Sales, 3rd with CTO, 4th face to face with VP of Sales, 5th Culture fit with IC, 6th Culture fit with IC, 7th Panel/Exercise interview, 8th with the other founder
