We require candidates to address the given issue in writing that can be easily understood by the recipient. You are aware that you can use any resources from the internet, with reference, of course. This is the first part of our application process, and the follow-up interviews (questions/cases) will be oriented towards what one can expect in the day-to-day work at think-cell. Once you are happy with your solution. You can then save it to our portal. You can save as many versions of your solution as possible (if you think you have made a mistake / wanted to include further info etc.). The last solution that you have saved will be the one counted towards the evaluation (we refer to the submission time, if you are curious to know) and this is irrelevant to our product.
