First Interview was ok, didn't hear back for a while, they claimed they sent me invitation for second interview but i got nothing, asked for another appointment, didn't answer me anymore and rejected me after 2-3 weeks

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at sewts (Munich, Bavaria) in Sep 2024

That was the first step interview, on teams platform. They informed me 2 days before interview. The interviewer asked me about my earlier careers. The connection has been failed ,in the middle of interview. Then I sent an email to apologize for the problem and ask for another opportunity for interview. But they answered 5 days later and just rejected my applying.

Very relaxed and calm atmosphere. Honest and straight forward conversation with the HR and Co founders.
I must say their whole team is very well organized thus interview was very well planned.
Even though they are young and promising start-up they are seems to have really good management and quality standards. I have interviewed at many places but I never had sucha fun conversation with potential employer.
