powdevs QA Automation Engineer interview questions

3 interviews, including an introductory meeting, a tech interview and a "soft skills" interview. Also a tech quiz which took me 15mins to finish, their expected time was 45mins. They required that I record a video talking about my experience to send the client so that they could get their appoval. A real waste of time, I don't understand why these kind of companies exist. I would rather talk to the client directly so that they can see if you are a right fit or not before going through all these interviews. At least they didn't ask to do a 5 hour code challenge...
