Interview
The interview process with the Director was very pleasant, casual and comfortable. We were discussing on the case study that was passed to me before the interview process.
She was also explaining on the workflow process and also her expectation in fitting the role and the team.

Note that I applied for the post while outside Singapore but the way the hiring/interview process was done was really smooth - making me feel that regardless of location/race, if you are qualified - this company will exert effort to give you a chance.
HR person that time was able to handle scheduling the interviews via phone and Skype video calls very well. The Director/Co-founder made time to really get to know me more and I was also screened by the Team Lead.
