Interview is easy, they're just looking for people who're willing to work hard for pennies and burn that midnight oil for free.
Qualities they look for:
- Common Sense
Web developer will have to code for a week in the office and for the tasks given by amateurs.
That too for free!!!

Initial telephonic, then f2f round. Interview is based upon knowlege, know how, academics. Asked about background, Experience if any and how would i contribute to the process. Knowledge about SCRUM, JIRA. Software worked upon, Proficiency, Flexibility, Responsibility, Client & Customer Relationship
