I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ole (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Thorough.
Didn't really have much to do with the job itself.
Job was projected as something much bigger than it ended up being.
Made it seem incredibly competitive.
Having outside HR made it feel incredibly impersonal and like no one within the company was really invested in the process.
Felt like a number- not a candidate.

Question 1
Situational questions. Wanted to hear about past struggles in a similar role, areas in which I've struggled, etc.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ole (West Hollywood, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Having interviewed there myself, and also been a hiring manager, I have been through this process many times. They start with 100 resumes, call 30 people, do a second call back to schedule meetings with 10, from those 10 there are 3-5 second interviews chosen, a brief questionnaire is taken by those who will be working in marketing or sales, and the job is offered.
