I applied online. I interviewed at nfrastructure (Buffalo, NY) in May 2017
Interview
Multi step interview. First by phone, then via webcam, finally in person.
I arrived and was greeted by the manager of the company nFrastructure was contracting with. It was a very professional interview. The man was well dressed, wearing a suit. The interview took about 30 minutes, and he was very engaged.
After the intial interview I was brought to the nFrastructure manager for an additional interview. This was not professional, The interviewer was not dressed well. His mind seemed elsewhere. People were in and out of the office. I was rushed out, and told they would be in touch either way in 2 weeks.
After 4 weeks I reached out to them. Days later I was informed of a "hiring freeze".
Not impressed with this company. Was told there were great benefits. Looking at the package, if you consider a $6,500 deductible great you must have never looked at any other insurance. The pay they were offering is sub par for the position anyway.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at nfrastructure (Clifton Park, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
The first interview was with the manager and the technical team lead. Basically just went over my resume and asked questions from there. There was nothing very organized or technical about it. The entire interview lasted an hour. There was a second interview with the CTO of the company asking about newer technologies that they hoped to get started in.
