The first step was the writing test. The test was about 2 hours, with differents telecoms aspect (antenna, frequency planning and so on). Once ok, they called us for an interview with the Radio Manager, 1 Radio assistant and 1 HR clerk. The interview was very friendly and 2 weeks later they called me to sign the contract.
