The interview was a team meeting and went well. The questions were straightforward forward and the company seemed forward-thinking and inclusive. A few weeks after I sent an email with a positive follow-up and didn't receive an email of acknowledgment and still haven't heard from them. If a candidate is unsuccessful it is just polite to send an email to let them know.
