I applied online. I interviewed at mkodo (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in May 2023
Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at mkodo (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Chaotic. They don’t know what they want, what role they are hiring for, who is hiring for it, why, or what the salary is. Define the role before you go to market, and don’t use professional candidates as a sounding board for your vague ideas
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at mkodo (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
Three stage interview process. First stage was to go through CV, discuss experience and look at cultural fit. Second stage was more job specific, covering examples of delivery, people management etc. Third stage was a 30 minute talk with the two directors just as a final check point.
