30-min screening then pair-coding exercise. All the process was conducted online. I can't recommend midpage because they ended up ghosting me without any reason. I find the lack of response disappointing and unprofessional. Leaving a candidate hanging without a clear answer is a poor reflection on a company's values and culture.
