The interview process started with filling out a survey with basic questions on clients I had worked with and what size companies I had worked for. After passing this stage I spoke to the recruiter who asked me the same exact questions I had answered in the survey. I was told verbally that they would like to move me along in the process which included a take home assignment. I was given a week to complete it and I started the assignment right away. 3 days prior to the assignment being due I was told that their hiring process changed and that I should pause on the assignment - mind you, I was basically done with it.
After a week or so after being told to pause, I was asked to get on another call with the recruiter so she could explain the new hiring process. During this call I was asked the same exact questions as I had filled out and verbally answered! A true example of how disconnected and unorganized kea is.
After this interview and having me wait another 3 weeks I was told that they were moving on to another candidate and that due to "legal reasons" they were unable to provide any feedback.
I was very excited about the prospect of going kea, but this whole process was a very eye opening experience on how messy they are and how inconsiderate they are for other's time.
