The QA manager called me after my application was submitted. She stated that I had development experience and should look for something in the development field. QA will not fit me.

I really enjoyed the interview process. It was 2 on-site interviews with key stakeholders. During this process I received a solid overview of the company and the expectations of the role. None of my interviews felt formal or forced, they were conversational and engaging.
