iSpine Pain Physicians interview questions

A brief phone interview, followed by am in person interview with the clinic manager and lead APP. After that interview, I was invited to shadow the lead APP for a few hours, have a tour and meet the staff, and that seemed to go great. I was told I would hear from the hiring manager next week and was very excited. However, after this they basically ghosted me. I sent follow up emails, and got a reply from an HR person weeks later that they would get back to me with a decision "soon" and then when I sent a follow up 2 weeks after that I never got a reply. It seems like a good company to work for, and I understand they went with someone else, but I was very disappointed in the lack of basic communication and courtesy after the interview
