I attended the interview as a fresher..No aptitude test..two level interview...technical and hr interview. . It takes only one day and get the result in same day. Technical interview takes almost one hour..hr interview took few minutes only.

They were looking for junior developers who has done any internships on .net and some SQL knowledge. There was only a face to face interview which includes Writing simple sql Query, and asp.net questions as well
