I interviewed with a recruiter (who reached out to me), then the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with the hiring manager and co-founder. The Co-founder was very nice and empathetic to job candidates and told me he does not ghost candidates. Then he GHOSTED me! After follow up emails, there was no phone call or email. If you're going to ghost a candidate, at least don't lie to their faces about it. This company could not so much as share the job title they were interviewing for. They are un-organized and treat candidates with no respect.
