I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at iFAST Global Bank (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Horrendous, I've never experienced such incompetence from a company in my whole working experience. HR have zero decency about informing on the progress. They will do well to realise people have spent money going into the office for interviews and the least they deserve is some respect. I hope they never have to be on the end of the experience I've received from them, although it might teach them some humanity. Should have listened to the previous genuine reviews. The chief I met was a narcissist, giving off psycho vibes. Not someone you'd want to work for, dinosaur mentality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not the exact question but something along the lines of 'Are you willing to give up your life for peanuts?'
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iFAST Global Bank (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a 2-hour interview. You'll need to walk through your CV, showing what you've done and making sure that you're being able to demonstrate your responsibilities and skills acquired in those previous roles to the interviewer. My interviewer was really nice, he's supportive, making it a friendly conversation rather than an interview.
