Interview
The interview was held over Google Meet, and it felt a bit spontaneous — they scheduled it quite quickly after I submitted my application. Despite that, the atmosphere was really friendly and conversational. The interviewers were kind and easy to talk to, which helped ease the nerves a lot.
Most of the questions were centered around the projects I listed on my résumé. They asked me to walk them through how I approached certain challenges, what technologies I used, and how I collaborated with others on those projects. It was less about technical tests and more about understanding my thought process and experience.
Overall, it felt more like a casual discussion than a strict interview — they seemed genuinely interested in my work and experiences, which made the whole session pretty enjoyable.

One question that stood out was when they asked me to explain the reasoning behind one of my project decisions — specifically, how I chose certain tools and frameworks, and what I would do differently if I had more time or resources. It showed they really wanted to understand my problem-solving mindset rather than just the end result.
