Had 3 interviews with the two founders. On the 3rd I was given an incredibly low offer even though on the previous interview they asked what I was looking for. (Their offer was about 40% less.) I countered and they ghosted me for a few days. They then replied to say they were rescinding the verbal - extremely unprofessional! I replied seeing if we could work something out but they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Looks like I dodged a bullet!
