et al GROUP interview questions

I landed an interview at Brand et al, but before I agreed to take it, I went through my network and enquired if anyone had worked there or knew what it was like. The response was NOT GOOD. A former employee who had left after 9 months spoke of a toxic culture where work overtime is considered the norm. Staff are overworked and underpaid and those in upper management are narcissistic beyond belief. The majority of employees are incredibly unhappy. I turned the interview down and I'm so glad I did!
