emendo interview questions

Asked me about my professional experience, dug into the details of my previous projects, about a time I failed and how I learned from it, where I see myself in 5 years, and what I do outside of work for fun.

After an initial screening with one consultant I went for the next round of interviews. It was held in the office with a junior IT implementation Consultant. They asked about my experience and my motivation. Although it was a nice interview, the feedback afterwards was so basic and generic. They didn't proceed with my application because based on the discussion they couldn't see my motivation. Coming from a employee that doesn't have a year yet in the company. Very disappointed with their process.
