Short, simple and easy. They had a phone interview, panel interview and another to present an process. This was to test your skills of guiding someone through a process. They had a supervisor and lead to attend the interview.

You have to go through two interviews and do an assignment. The assignment includes creating a presentation teaching the interviewer how to do something. It could be anything of your choice.

How do you stay organized?
They focus a lot on culture fit and why you want to job the team. It's good to review their core values before the interview so you have lots to talk about and are not caught off guard.
