ecobee Backend Developer interview questions

The interview process was pretty straightforward: 1. Phone screen 2. Take-home coding challenge 3. On-site (1-hour system design, 1-hour behavioural interview) After the on-site interview, I never heard back from the recruiter even though she promised she'd get back to me within 48 hours whether I was to receive an offer or not.
