Interview
Overall experience took around 1 month from applying to having my interview. Assessment day was online (teams) due to COVID-19. The assessment day began with 2 group activities, followed by a 1-2-1 interview with a different assessor. Group activities were to solve any arising issues/events that may happen onboard & to revamp a magazine. Assessors were very friendly and made you feel at ease.

The day consists in a group dynamic with other 4-5 people. This dynamic is not only about solving the exercise, they wanna see you are able to work in a team. After that, if you’re successful, you’ll have a 1to1 interview. Typical interview questions in aviation asking about your previous experience with real examples.

An online assessment first. After passing it, you will be invited to an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very outgoing and well-mannered. The interview was delivered in English and in a very respectful way.
