    Pros

    Amazing people and opportunity to share and sometimes, implement your ideas. Structure is flexible enough for colleagues to support when needed.

    Cons

    No career plans nor opportunities to progress in your career. CEO and leadership are trying to transform a great low cost airline into a nee Thomas Cook as the focus is more and more on package travel. Despite being a fairly innovative company, some teams keep dragging the company, resisting to adapt ways of working.
