assessment day with 3 stages: team work building a skiijump, presentation of the eastjet, describe one of their services, help a new company to increase their customers.
after that pause to eat something in their canteen and at the end the response if you was able or not to attend the interview
The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.
