Video interview - asks about countries you've been to, why you want to work at the company, where you would like to travel to next. Next stage - in-person interview - math and English test, then group work discussing a project idea for the company. Final interview - why do you want to work here, give an example of dealing with a difficult situation, are you able to work in a team, how would you commute , have you heard about Easyjet etc
