You schedule an interview. You arrive, ask for the manager who is interviewing you (by name helps show interest), and are directed on where to go to have your interview.
Two process. The first is a short talk interview and a rundown of your experience. Second, is an example of doing a buy from a bin full of clothes. They take you in or not really based on how you assess the items.
