interview is quite easy and straightfoward, but i spent a lot of time on the two tests, so it is time consuming. Got a test on SQL before the interview, then another programming test, then got invited for a meeting with the CTO and another developer, and a final meeting with the CEO in their offices.
I have to say that I made a mistake not looking at Glassdoor before applying. Everything written here is true! I was shocked when i stepped into the office: it was old, unmaintained, old furniture, things not ordered, shoes everywhere in the entrance... I had a quick tour in the office and then got surprised that all of the staff are foreigners and males (forget about gender equality here). They appeared sad, worked out, and miserable. I couldn't talk to any of them as I wanted because they never had eye contact and appeared like wanting to avoid me and keep working. The CEO was really bossy and not the type you want to work with. After they said that they offered me a contract, I asked about the salary. The CEO refused to tell me saying that it is industry standard and he will only tell me if I say yes through email. I was really having so many doubts about this shady company so I decided to look at reviews when I got back home and understood why everything is like that and why employees are scared. This is really a baaaad company and Sweden should not allow abuse of employees like this.
The salary was waayyyyy lower than industry standards. They will give a 5000SEK raise to the salary after 6 months but it is still really low. I guess they do that so that people stick to the company, but if you want people to stick, you should really be nice to them, invest money in making the office more modern and clean, and motivate your employees!
