The interview process was pretty straightforward - technical assessment, interview with the person you would likely report to, and then a panel interview with people you'd likely work with on a regular basis.

Pretty standard SQL whiteboarding type things to prove your working knowledge. Many of the other questions were more geared around how you might explain a data science concept to non-data people, etc.

Interview
The interview process started off pretty well, though it got a little disorganized at the end due to some miscommunication and schedule changes right before my scheduled interview.
However, everyone I've met was kind, respectful and passionate about Zoom. I could tell they were all really hard working and smart individuals. It really made me want to work there!
The recruiter that worked with me was one of the kindest recruiters I've encountered and really went out of her way to communicate and help out with each step. I'd love to interview with Zoom again in the future.
