Had four rounds aptitude, technical,technical face to face and hr round atlast hr round is where i was not selected
Hr decides who wants and who doesn't .
We need more and lot learning in coding side inorder to get into Zoho

First round written test,second round aptitude where conducted, third round manager technical interview round and the fourth round is HR interview ,all the other three round except 1st round all one on one interview

round 1 is pen and paper test which consists around 30 questions and out of 140-150 members they have shortlisted 9 members for the next round

After 3 days ,In the technical round instead of taking interview about the role they have asked the aptitude questions to solve on the paper which are left without solving in the round 1 apti questions.
