Interview
Interview went well but I was never contacted after which was disappointing as I thought I deserved a response to say they had decided not to hire me. I will not be applying for this company again anyway that's for sure
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZigZag Education (Bristol, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
You will be asked to write something in response to a brief. It will be related to your subject specialism. They will expect you to spend 3 to 4 hours on it. For example, you may be given part of an exam specification, and asked to write three pages of educational content about it with six activities (3 short answer activities and 3 long answer activities). If they like what you have written, they will invite you to interview.

Question 1
In my interview, we spent the entire time talking through the content I had written prior to the interview. For example, they asked me about certain decisions I had made in writing it; they asked me questions to ascertain whether I understood how something I'd written could be improved; they wanted to know if I could identify the positives and negatives in what I had produced, or at least respond to their feedback in a positive and open-minded way.
