I was emailed about scheduling an interview. First interview was very relaxed and more of just getting to know each other. At the end, he asked me to do this engineering challenge problem and create a presentation on it and then it would lead to a second interview. This was over Christmas and he asked me give it to him in 5 days (on the 21st) of December). I was told it was received and that they would get back to me within the week. They never emailed me back in like two weeks, so I emailed again and they said they were still deciding. I emailed them two weeks later and they said the same thing. Finally almost 4 months later, I got an email saying the postion had been filled and I didn't get it.
