Interview
I applied online through my university and was contacted by a recruiter the same day to set up a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview the recruiter said she was going to move me on to the next round and have another recruiter contact me to set up an on-site interview in the Scottsdale office. I set up the on-site interview at the beginning of the following week and had the interview by the end of the week. The interview was short and sweet and was more of a conversation than your typical interview questions. It seemed like they were looking for enthusiasm and someone who was willing to learn and work in an environment that was constantly changing.

Question 1
They ask you to do a role play where you play an advisor and the interviewer plays the client. You are given 5 minutes to read about an insurance plan and learn as much as you can about it, and then the interviewer will ask you questions as if he/she is a client inquiring about the plan.

Interview
Applied online and received a screening type call from a recruiter the next day. I passed the screen and was scheduled for an in person interview at the Arizona office. The interview was straight forward. One portion revolved around personality type questions and the other was a role play. They seemed to care more about who you are and how you'd fit the position and the culture. The interviewers were very informative and had no problem answering questions that I presented.

Interview
First there was a relatively quick phone screen followed by an in person interview a few days after. The in person interview had two parts to an hour long interview. One part traditional interview in which I was asked fairly normal, straightforward questions. The second part was situational interview.
